Saturdays in January 8am-10am
Scrimmages are great way to obtain competitive wrestling experience. Scrimmage format:
Wrestlers are be grouped by age and weight classes and have the opportunity to wrestle live with new opponents.
Matches are 3 x 1 minute rounds.
18 scrimmage matches run simultaneously over 2 mats.
No score is kept, and both hands get raised at the end.
Coaches officiate the matches.
