Release of Liability: I certify that my child has no known medical or other condition that could interfere with his/her participation in River Rival Wrestling activities. I also understand and accept that the sport of wrestling involves risk of physical injury. Therefore, I, individually and on behalf of my child (listed below), hereby release, discharge and hold harmless River Rival Wrestling, their officers and directors, their coaches and volunteers, their heirs, and successors (hereinafter “the Released Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims of negligence, arising out of, resulting from, by reason of, or in connection with my child’s participation in the sport of wrestling. I agree that I will not bring, or be a party to, any legal action or claim against the Released Parties, or any of them, based upon or arising out of my child’s participation in wrestling or any legal theory whatsoever (including without limitation personal injury, negligence, rights of privacy and publicity, or defamation). I acknowledge, accept and agree that the utilization of photographs of my child may be taken during wrestling practice or competition and the photograph can be utilized on the River Rival Wrestling website.

Minor (Child) Photo Release: I grant River Rival Wrestling Club my permission to use photographs taken at club practices, scrimmages or tournaments for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. These photographs will be taken by the Coaching staff, a Club volunteer, parent or photographer on behalf of River Rival Wrestling Club. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
