Scrimmages are great way to obtain competitive wrestling experience. Scrimmage format:
- Wrestlers are be grouped by age and weight classes and have the opportunity to wrestle live with new opponents.
- Matches are 3 x 1 minute rounds.
- 18 scrimmage matches run simultaneously over 2 mats
- No score is kept, and both hands get raised at the end.
- Coaches officiate the matches.
